Just like the PLCE utility pouch, but MOLLE compatible, with QR-buckle and MTP camouflaged. Genuine army kit for cheap!
Made of Cordura, with waterproof coating on the inside. Being used, the coating might not be 100% perfect. Dimensions about 10 x 18 x 10 cm (4" x 7" x 4").
Condition
Used, but completely serviceable. Most pouches we sell have two PALS rows in the back instead of three. The pouch itself is the same size.

These are made of strong material and very robust.
The size is perfect for Finnish or US 1L canteen. Nalgene Oasis fits too, but not with the steel cup.
