Need to do tactical things in the dark? Here is the Fenix GL19R weapon light – put it on a rail on your pistol or rifle! You can operate it with either hand, and it delivers 1200 lumens with an optional strobe function.

Use

Fenix GL19R is equally easy to use with either right or left hand, with or without gloves. You get light when you press and hold the rear button, and the light goes off when you release the button. The momentary switch is an essential part of operating in darkness or low-light conditions when you don’t want to reveal your location with a constant light source. Light on, identify the target, shoot, light off, change your position!

If you need a continuous light, e.g. at a shooting range, simply tap the button. Turn it off by tapping it again. If you need to blind some bad guy, hold the button down to engage the strobe function.

In some situations it is not necessary to use the full 1200 lumens, e.g. when indoors. If you blast 1200 lumens to a wall in front of you, you will probably blind yourself. Different light modes can be accessed by holding one button down and tapping the other; this is how you change between 1200 and 350 lumens.

When using a handgun, you operate the switch with the thumb of your support hand. However, you can also do it with the trigger finger in case you are only using one hand.

The manufacturer says this light is compatible with most duty holsters that also fit the Streamlight TLR-1 or Surefire X300.

Also usable with long guns

Even though the Fenix GL19R is primarily a handgun light, it is also suited for long guns. Attach it on a rail to a place where you can reach it with your support hand without moving your grip. If you want to make your life easy, also get the Fenix AER-06S remote switch.

Fast USB-C recharging

Fenix GL19R can be recharged via a USB-C connection on the side of the weapon light. This means you don’t need to remove the battery, or even remove the light from the weapon. ARB-L18-1100P rechargeable Li-ion battery included. Battery level indicator LEDs (on the side of the light) switch on for a few seconds when the light is activated (green = 85-100%, flashing green = 50-85%, red = 25-50%, flashing red = 1-25%).
