Product description

Kaari Loimu X2 is a plasma lighter for hunters, hikers, soldiers, countryside folks, and other people who need to burn stuff in demanding conditions. A flameless waterproof, shockproof, dirtproof, and dustproof lighter with a handy telescopic design is safe and easy to use. It also comes with a flashlight, making it a very versatile camping tool.

Included in the Box

  • Plasma lighter + built-in lithium polymer battery
  • Mikro USB cable
  • Karabiner
  • Belt case

Quick and easy recharging

The lighter uses electricity instead of toxic lighter fluids. The internal battery is charged with the micro USB cable included in the package, so you can charge it with a phone charger, computer, or power bank. This plasma lighter can start a fire up to 80 times with one charge.

Windproof

Unlike more traditional lighters, the plasma lighter doesn’t have a flame that blows out in the wind or rain. It uses electricity to create a 1,100°C (2,012 F) plasma arc that doesn’t mind wind, rain, or snow.

Protected against water, dirt, dust, and shock

Kaari Loimu X2 plasma lighter floats in the water. It’s made from durable polycarbonate and protected against water dirt, dust, and shocks. It meets the IP57 certificate requirements, so you can use it in very challenging conditions.

Telescopic design

Sometimes lighting a fire can be tricky, especially if the thing you wanna burn is hard to reach, like a deeply seated candle or tinder inside a campfire. With a pull-out telescope arm, lighting a fire is safe and comfortable. As the lighter is flameless, you can use it in any position.

Efficient flashlight

Kaari Loimu X2 is more than just a lighter – the other end features a double-power 100-lumen LED flashlight.

I was quite happy with it until I tried a 3 bucks storm lighter from the local shop. I understood there is no way to re-invent the wheel. The kaari suddenly became clumsy and weak. The plasma might be 1100 degrees Celsius but if the birch bark is a bit (A BIT!!) humid (not even wet)is not gonna work. The spark is too small to really burn anything. Get yourself a decent storm lighter and a decent torch. You will be safer. It doesn't matter what it stands because if the material is wet is not gonna work at all. I would define this as a good example of capitalism giving freedom and money to people to make useless things instead of taking care that they use their skill and knowledge for something useful.
