Here you have high-quality mil-spec forest ski bindings from Finland. Made for demanding use in the middle of nowhere where there are no tracks. Perfect for long-range recon folks, hunters, and all the other lovers of thick snow banks in the woods.
This is the latest forest ski binding of the Finnish Kuusamon Uistin. Their production began in late 2022, and they have been in stores from early 2023 onwards. The company’s older model Finngrip is familiar at least to the forests that speak Finnish but possibly also some other ski lovers in other countries. These new bindings are made for military use, and they will be used by the good guys that operate in Arctic conditions.
These are made for all shoes and boots that come with the heel groove and the tip shaped for bindings, such as Nokian Naali felt-lined rubber boots. Furthermore, such army/hiking boots also work where the heel is shaped in a way that it holds the binding loop in place and the outer sole extends somewhat in front of the toes to keep it in place.
Easy to adjust and fix to the shoe even with one hand and with heavy winter mittens on. Made from stainless steel and tough aluminum, so these are designed for rough conditions and heavy-duty use. The new type of heel plate reduces snow packing under the sole.
