Norwegian surplus snow suit trousers, simple cut with draw cords at the waist and legs and slashes to access the pockets of field trousers worn underneath. Quite a recent model, most made in the '80s and '90s.
Made of cotton or a mixture of cotton and synthetic materials. Won't repel water too well, but breathes like you wouldn't believe. Don't wash together with different colored garments, or you just might end up with a sexy pink snowsuit.
If there is no snow on the ground, these light and white pants work great as beachwear – you won't get sunburns on your delicate thighs or too sweaty either! They might also work as inexpensive karate pants, but if you do grappling stuff, get proper gi pants that can survive all that pulling and grabbing action.
The pants have approximate min/max waist sizes and inseam length in centimeters. With these measurements, you'll still have room for another pair of trousers underneath; the cut is generous! The maximum waist size is what the trousers waist is without any adjustment. You can tighten these at least by 20 centimeters with the waist draw cords.
Note: The inseam length might seem short, but as these things have a very generous sizing, the pant legs do go all the way down. Unless you are a giant.
Unissued stuff.
