East German Y-straps for belt load and Sturmgepäck assault pack system! Made of Dederon, which is really just an uglier word for nylon. Designed by professionals, used by downtrodden grunts.
Kinda like the Y-straps used by the German Wehrmacht, but more modern and not as good. Attaches to your DDR belt kit, and detaches on the fly!

I got this with my Sturmgepäck. Didn't take brains to figure out how to attach it.
If you are looking for style, I would recommend buying Czech Y-strap or ones close to the Wehrmacht one with black leather. Or who knows, maybe you like the look behind the wall.
