Simplicity is beautiful, even more so when it works properly. This dump pouch is cleverly made out of a single piece of fabric, simple and tough, the construction also makes the pouch keep shape exceptionally well without any hard plastic stiffeners!

The opening is adjustable using a strong shock cord and lock. When the cord is completely loosened up magazines are easier to dump inside and when tightened the pouch holds them inside more securely. The mouth forms a sort of inwards pointing funnel that effectively traps the magazines inside.

The top edge of the pouch is hollow and through a small slit, it is possible to insert a stiffener here. A standard plastic zip tie works perfectly! This adds to the rigidity of the pouch but naturally also makes it a bit less easy to roll and fold for storage, life is full of compromises.
