Many people have contacted us and said that the gaps between sizes are too large, and thus many fall between sizes. Therefore we decided to do something about it.
It isn’t sensible to increase the number of variations due to logistics or even sales; thus, we decided to move the sizes closer to each other. The smaller sizes (XS and S) became a bit bigger, Medium remained the same, and the larger sizes (XL, 2XL, and 3XL) became smaller. The lengths (Short, Regular, and Long) did not change at all.
Especially average-sized people—who are plentiful in this world—can find clothes a lot easier and don’t need to return stuff that much.
If you sometimes want to wear a bit looser and sometimes a bit tighter fitting garments, it is now easier.
It is also easier to buy clothes for your loved ones because the new measurements are closer to the simple sizes by other manufacturers.
Starting in summer 2024, all our own new clothes will be made using these measurements unless otherwise mentioned in the product description. As a matter of fact, some have already arrived. We will continue to sell the old ones as long as we have them.
Worry not, we want to make this process as easy and transparent as possible. In the beginning, we will mention it in the product description when the product is made using the new size chart. This will cease once everything is under one system. But we will always add the recommended user measurements to all our clothes, and often we also give the most essential measurements of the garments.
In short, check out the recommendations when selecting the product, and everything will be fine and dandy.
