The largest variant of Keikka duffel bags, capacity 80 liters or 4880 cu in. Designed as a versatile bag for everyday use: work, travel, sports - pretty much anything besides hiking.
In Finland, we have these things called "keikka" [CAKE-kah] and "laukku" [LAOOK-kooh], which is a bag.
A keikka is a job, gig, business trip, or burglary; situations where you need a strong bag to carry heavy loads. The natural compound "keikkalaukku" is used for carryall bags of the large and militant kind, not your ordinary purse-sized gym bag.
Full spectrum of carrying options: carry handles, hauling handles, shoulder strap, and attachment points for an optional backpack harness. Compatibility with numerous hook-to-loop accessories offers additional flexible internal organization. Built with military-grade materials and methods, this bag is made to endure anything you should need to put it through.
Large loop bases on the side and end of the bag for your team or unit patches, name tags, or a cool morale patch. Any D-ring can also be used to attach name tags.
The main compartment has a large zippered opening. The security/compression straps can be stowed away when not in use. The interior of the lid features strips of a loop for attachment of hook-backed accessories, pouches, and organizers. Two mesh pockets, one in each end, help organize smaller items.
The external head pouch is designed for quick access. It's suitable for smaller items and A4 / letter-sized documents. It features two flat mesh pouches, a D-ring, and two webbing tabs for securing valuables via dummy cord or buckles. The interior of the front wall features a loop, again, for accessory options.
The flat slash pockets have hook-and-loop closures. They fit A5 documents and similar smaller items.
The closed-cell foam padding inside the zippered lid and the bottom of the bag can easily be removed, replaced, or reinforced. This allows you to easily upgrade the bag with additional padding or sheet inserts for an extra level of protection.
Savotta put serious effort into making a duffel bag that can be carried easily.
Instead of overly long carry handles that sort-of double as shoulder straps (and actually combine the worst of both), the length of the carry handles keeps the bag snugly at a comfortable carry height.
Each end of the bag features a hauling handle for lifting into and out of vehicles. Six steel D-rings offer diverse attachment points for the included shoulder strap or an optional backpack harness.
The foam-padded lid makes the bag fairly comfortable to carry on your back no matter what's inside, in case a proper rucksack is not suitable for you for other reasons.
