Here's a beefed-up IFAK to carry more than just the bare minimum. In addition to tactical stuff, you can use it for hiking, hunting, or anywhere where you need a handy and easily accessible first aid kit. Wear it on your thigh or attach it to your vest, pack, or any other PALS-type system. Genuine US surplus and in excellent condition.

Drop leg belt attachment and leg strap are not included.

This CCR IFAK was originally designed to hold the Maritime Assault Kit designed in accordance with the requirements of the US Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. However, we sell it empty, so you can customize an ideal first aid kit for your specific needs. It's a fair bit larger compared to many other IFAKs so it's especially suitable for those who like to carry a bit more just in case.

You can attach this modular pouch primarily to PALS/MOLLE style webbing. The original design includes a belt hanger and leg strap for wearing on the thigh but these are not included.

Made in the USA! The ones we looked at were made by Ark Medical. Some of these may have been made by other manufacturers. Tough construction to withstand combat but these have seen none.
